Return & Exchange Policy

  • Orders are checked only during the presence of the shipping courier.
  • Once the courier leaves, we will not be able to accept any exchange or return requests.
  • Therefore, we kindly recommend checking and reviewing your order before completing the receipt.

    In case of partial receipt, an extra 15 EGP will be added to the shipping fees.

  • لذلك, نوصيكم بمراجعة و معاينة الطلب كاملا قبل اتمام الاستلام.
    • في حالة الاستلام الجزئي، يتم إضافة 15 جنيه على قيمة الشحن.
